			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="MsoNormal" align="justify">I live in the south but because of my love for hi-lo and step classes, I’ll be traveling all the way up north this coming holiday to attend the advanced step class of a certain <em>Fernando</em> at Fitness First Greenhills.<span>  </span>Why go so far, you may wonder.  This is because free style hi-lo and step classes, which our <em>group</em> enjoys the most, are already a scarcity in Fitness First Alabang.<span>  </span>So scarce, that there is only one free style hi-lo class available in the group exercise schedule of the club.<span>  </span>And because of this, I am really considering suspending my membership and purchasing <a href="http://www.weiderfitness.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Category2_-1_10201_12901_20555_Y">home gyms</a> instead.<span>  </span>The latter may initially burn a hole in my pocket but I think it will be a good investment in the long run.</p>

		<title>GX Schedule Improvement, Please!</title>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p align="justify">I used to go to the gym four times a week, mainly because of the several free style aerobic classes my fitness center is offering.  Unfortunately, they have cut the number of free style classes to just twice a week and have replaced it classes which I really don&#8217;t find stimulating at all.  Since this affected my exercise schedule drastically, I am seriously considering taking yoga and pilates classes in lieu of the cancelled classes.  But then I learned that these classes are scheduled during work hours, which means it is almost impossible for me to be attend these classes.  What if I buy a pilates or <a href="http://www.realbodywork.com/yoga/index.php">yoga dvd</a> instead and just exercise within the comfort of my own home?  I don&#8217;t know, as I really enjoy doing my exercises in a group.  If there&#8217;s no improvement in the center&#8217;s schedule within the next couple of months, I might consider this option.  But until that time comes, I&#8217;ll just hang on to my twice a week gym schedule.</p>
