Gats and I are already thinking of renovating the little boy’s room since he is getting older, add to that our plans of having another baby   Since Manu is crazy about dinosaurs, we’re planning on designing his bedroom with easy-to-peel dinosaur wall decals similar to the following:

We’ve already found these wall stickers in the Youji & Me store at GB5.  Also, Nu Dekor, an online shop owned by one of Gats’ friends, is also offering the same (the 1st photo is actually their product).  We just have to talk to the contractor by the end of the year to finalize the design – paint, cabinetry, sconces, etc. – and budget and we’re good to go!

As some of you already know, my little boy is a huge Dino fan!  So when I learned about Dinosoles Biggest Dino Addict Contest, I was so excited!  Our entry almost didn’t make it since I forgot about the deadline   Anyway, here’s our official entry.  Vote for him here by: (1) becoming a fan of Dinosoles; (2) clicking “Like” under his photo.

I was so excited about last Saturday because of the dinosaur exhibit at The Fort Strip. You see, Manu is so C-R-A-Z-Y about dinosaurs! He plays with his dinosaur toys every morning, noon, and night. He asks for his favorite The Land Before Time Series or Dinosaur Movie when he wakes up and before he sleeps at night. He has numerous books but those with dinosaurs as subject are his favorites. He playswith the dinosaur toys at school and carries them everywhere in the classroom! So when I was told about the life-sized dinosaur models, I got so excited that I wanted to take him right away (which was like in the middle of Sunday mass ) . I wasn’t able to, unfortunately, because we already made plans. But as soon as the next weekend arrived I made sure that he sees his beloved dinosaurs!

Manu didn’t want to be put down at first but when he saw the other kids playing around and touching the dinos, he went around and started touching them too (except for the two T-Rex’s, which incidentally, are his favorites ).

Before I forget, you might want to take a quick peek at what’s on sale inside the shops at Boni High Street.  We went there after our dino visit and saw several stores on sale. I myself was able to chance upon some really nice (and discounted) pieces at La Senza. I wanted to try on their ultra soft and fluffy robes, cute pj’s, babydolls, and night gowns but settled instead with undergarments that I need the most.
