			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="MsoNormal" align="justify"> <o:p></o:p>My husband recently installed a free <a href="http://www.filterguide.com/antivirus.ratings.htm" target="_blank">antivirus software</a> in our desktop as we didn’t want to shell out money since we only use our PC for chatting and browsing.<span>  </span>Of course our office PC&#8217;s are treated with purchased software since we don’t want to take any chance with regards to business files.<span>  </span>But I’ve noticed, though, that our home PC never really got infected even when we operated it for a few months without any antivirus program.<span>  </span>Maybe because we don’t have “important” files in there?!? Are viruses discriminating? I doubt it.<span>  </span>Maybe because even browsers have their own filters that virus are detected from the other end of the line?<span>  </span>We wanted to get the <a href="http://www.filterguide.com/antivirus.ratings.htm" target="_blank">best antivirus software</a> for our office, but is it worth it?<span>  </span>Whatever the software as long as it’s regularly updated it should do the trick – that’s my opinion. Maybe a <a href="http://www.filterguide.com/pcutilities.htm" target="_blank">backup software</a> is better since it addresses both accidental deletion and recovery from virus attacks.<span>  </span>I’ll have my husband look for a free version later.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p align="justify">Just went window shopping for a dining area chandelier (just a simple one for our meager dining area) during the weekend.<span>  </span>There were already dozens of designs to choose from, each one very beautiful and unique in very different way/s.<span>  </span>The one that attracted our attention most was a design by the <a href="http://www.littmanbros.com/forecastproducts.cfm" target="_blank">Forecast Lighting</a> brand.<span>  </span>The design was simple yet aesthetically appealing and very functional.<span>  </span>Just the type of lighting we might opt to get a few weeks from now.<span>  </span>Seeing all those other lighting fixtures got me daydreaming again of our future home – a bigger house and lot unit instead of our current condominium unit.<span>  </span>If and when we manage to get a house of our own I’d like to consider the lighting fixture from a certain <a href="http://www.littmanbros.com/progressproducts.cfm" target="_blank">Progress Lighting</a> brand.<span>  </span>Now these were really beautiful &#8211;<span></span>the type of lights you’ll find in larger homes because of their very intricate designs which were so pleasing to look at.<span>  </span>Of course, having a lighted house isn’t complete if your lot isn’t well lighted as well – outdoor lighting from <a href="http://www.littmanbros.com/hinkleyproducts.cfm" target="_blank">Hinkley lighting</a> would fit the bill.<span>  </span>These were also very nice as they have outdoor lights similar to those well kept public or country club parks.<span>  </span>Again, very functional but also well designed for home use.<span>  </span>Of course, I’ll probably revisit these items a few years from now because of for now I’m just sticking to getting a dining area light for our home <img src='http://www.100percentkelly.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="MsoNormal" align="justify">Real Estate Developers are still “if-fy” when it comes to the future of the industry after 2010.<span>  </span>Of course its all due to the changing of the guard (the administration) but its also the current market condition suffered by the <st1:country-region w:st="on">US</st1:country-region> which eventually trickles down to the <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Philippines</st1:place></st1:country-region>.<span>  </span>Bank and <a href="http://www.somersetmortgagelenders.com/">mortgage lenders</a> are currently having a field day with all the loans being approved left and right (condos are really rolling off the assembly line the last couple years and its bound to continue on, at least for 2 more years.<span>  </span>How much more can this last? Who’s to say? But developers are already being hit by the increase in construction cost.<span>  </span>Another factor or two and it’ll probably spiral down.<span>  </span>We’ll just have to see where this goes in a year or two.</p>
