Ugly bathroom, will whine
The first thing I look at when I’m staying in a hotel is the bathroom. For me, the bathroom MUST be, first and foremost, clean, the fixtures free from staining, the toiletries complete, and the overall design not outdated (i mean kohler sinks and fixtures in the bathroom would be fantastic, but nice, modern, Toto sinks would already do) 
If the above aren’t met, expect me to whine. Otherwise, I’d be smiling from ear to ear if the bathroom meets my expectations 
In the very few travels I’ve been, there has been only two hotels that met my “bathroom standards” — one is the Royal Plaza on Scotts Singapore and the other one is Novotel Citygate Hong Kong. Here’s me in the latter
