Everything in its place
A lesson from Typhoon Ondoy: Properly dispose of our trash or else it’ll come back to haunt us. Just a few weeks after Ondoy and everything’s back to the way it was. Yup, everything! We saw trash being thrown along the streets (again). With all the rubber trash cans around (I miss seeing those stainless steel drums which were so abundant 2 decades ago) I would have expected that we could segregate or at the very least dispose of trash properly. I guess it was too much to hope for. We’d better brace ourselves for the next “Ondoy” since we really didn’t learn our lesson.
