		<description>lately, i&#039;ve resumed going to the gym (Gold&#039;s Gym in Alabang), and i&#039;ve discovered that i enjoy the pilates matworks class.  I think somehow there&#039;s cardio exercise because it is quite fast paced and i actually sweat a lot. There&#039;s a lot of &quot;crunching&quot;  and strengthening also.  I&#039;m seriously considering the extra &quot;pilates&quot; sessions.

In addition, I plan to train for marathons (there&#039;s one this July, 3K muna) and to take up tennis (so Glenn and I can play).  :-) yeah, nakakatamad talaga minsan ang treadmill.  i think i will last long only if the tv is on and my fave show is on air... haaay. i want my high school and college figure back!!! waaah.</description>
