		<description>hi grace!  yes, i do cardio but just once a week :D  i guess that doesn&#039;t help in losing weight much?  maybe at least twice a week would do, what do you think?  i enrolled in pilates as i heard it&#039;s a good alternative to strength training if your objective is to tone the muscles.  i get bored kasi easily when doing weights :)  

how long do i have to do pilates before i see the &quot;tone&quot;? haha.</description>

		<description>i&#039;m a huge convert to pilates and i&#039;ve been addicted to it. it helped me tone a lot and i&#039;ve strengthened my core 10-fold with the help of pilates. but i have to remind you, pilates is just for strength and resistance training. it&#039;ll tone you but it doesn&#039;t necessarily mean you will lose the weight. you still need cardio. the perfect combination is 3x a week cardio and 2x a week pilates. :)</description>
