A Picky Vacationer, I Am

That’s where we’re staying during our travel to Hongkong. I’ve stayed in this hotel two years ago and for me, it was just okay. The superior room was spacious though I find the layout a bit outdated. The bathroom was memorable since it was the tiniest that I’ve ever seen, and also a little old-fashioned 
. The location was superb though - as far as shopping is concerned . It’s just right beside the mega-shopping centers, Ocean Terminal and Harbour City. In front are high-end designer shops like Louis Vuitton, Dior, Gucci, and Prada, among others.
I can be a bit fussy on the hotels I stay in. So before booking my accommodation, I do my assignment and research on several hotels. Here are some sites I’ve recently bumped into which, I think, are worthwhile considerations (you may notice that these are European Hotels. Could this mean I’m already planning on a tour to one of these cities? In the far future, yes ) : Milan Hotels, Barcelona Hotels, Madrid Hotels, Hotels in Venice.

Hi kelly! kami rin, for the last decade or so we’ve always stayed at the marco polo (either prince/gateway/hongkong) kahit na medyo luma siya just because of its proximity to everything
can’t wait to go back tuloy since now i know LV is just a hop, skip and jump away LOL

Hi Kelly… Me din loved staying at their hotesl usually at Gateway.. kahit luma na since it’s very near the shopping area
Hay wish could go visit HK soon

Hi Kelly! I agree with you girls. Love staying at Marco Polo Hongkong also. Memorable coz that’s where we stayed for our honeymoon hehehe. Lapit pa sa mga shopping haunts esp. LV

hi kelly! while the location is great, baka it might make a dent on the credit card. hahaha! your hotel is so convenient because major shopping is nearby lang. I think pati toys r us? happy trip and post pics.

hi pat, would you believe i didn’t charge a single cent on my credit card? kahit papano, may control pa din ako
naku, buti na lang toys r’ us is just a few steps away. it kept my little boy busy while mommy is doing her shopping rounds
