The Boutique Experience

A month ago, Gats and I celebrated a wonderful night  together in a quaint bed and breakfast place in Tagaytay, called The Boutique. I am pretty sure all of you have heard about it and a few of you have probably wanted to experience staying at this popular place. Well I did — since the first time I heard about it. And now that I have, I am sooo glad that I did.

So now allow me to share with you our The Boutique experience…

We left at around 1:30pm on February 12 after a hearty lunch at The Good Earth to celebrate my brother’s Confirmation. The trip from Alabang to Tagaytay was smooth and traffic free so we were able to arrive at The Boutique just after an hour or so. Upon check-in, I was led to a small room (I believe they call it their powder room) where I was asked to select from their line of Pamper Me body essentials which we would use during our stay.

After carefully choosing our room scent and bath essentials, Gats and I were led to our hotel suite.

This I Lust room is located on the second floor alongside three more rooms which are the I Dare, I Desire, and I Dream rooms.

I immediately fell in lust :D with our room the moment I stepped into it.

Tell me, wouldn’t you love this king sized-bed?

A separate bathtub where you can enjoy the view of Taal Lake while soaking in a bubble bath

Our bathroom.

Did you notice that you could see behind the bathroom walls? This is because there is only a see-through glass separating the bath area from the bedroom. Cool huh? I absolutely loved taking my showers in it! :D

Mr. & Mrs., very happy with the accommodations

nice pics! ganyan din halos kinalabasan ng mga pics ko kasi we had the same room! if only hindi ganun kasikip yung room, 100% sold na ko - pero nonetheless nakaka relax talaga and nag hoard pa ako nung Pamper Me products nila kasi nagustuhan ko talaga siya! :)

hi nikki, i’d have to agree with you on the room size. i was also expecting it to be a bit more spacious :) i’m not complaining though since the whole stay was, as you said, relaxing - and the bbq ribs were indeed yummy! :D

hi gracie! you know what? i never use hotel bathtubs everytime we go out of the country. etong bathtub lang talaga ng The Boutique yung ginamit ko! i like the idea of bathing in a tub beside a huge see-through glass window. bwahahaha!
