Clinton or Obama? That’s just half of the US Presidential Race currently playing out today. Ever notice that we are always up-to-date with regards to current affairs. Progress have been moving in such a fast pace in such a way that the internet is already playing a big role in communicating – real time. Politics for example, which is traditionally tri-media heavy is now fully utilizing the vast speed and potential of the internet in areas such as email marketing and news delivery. I’m particularly amazed with the survey tool they use to measure a candidate’s level of acceptance and chances of winning – we’re nowhere near that high tech here. Don’t be surprised if in the coming months we’re bombarded with email newsletters, as this is already happening slowly but increasingly.
How amazing is the speed of progress today.

I laughed when I got this tag from Pat. I’m not exactly a lover of books so there really wasn’t one book near me when I read the tag. I promised Pat to grab the book nearest me when I got home, but I guess the tag inspired me a bit so I bought a book of my own instead. It’s a light read and it’s from Sophie Kinsella.
The Rules:
1. Pick up the nearest book (of at least 123 pages).
2. Open the book to page 123.
3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post the next three sentences.
5. Tag five people.

“Oh, God. Doesn’t Connor realize he’s trying too hard? I balance all the cups in precarious piles on the trolley, then start collecting the biscuit wrappers.
“‘Now I’m due in the design studio right about now,’ Jack’s saying, ‘but I don’t quite remember where it is…’”
As a true blue non-book lover, I still haven’t gone beyond page 5, I think.
