10 long years

How old is he?
31 years

DefinitelyME! Bwahaha. (Gad, I really oughta do something about my eating habits. I eat like I’m eating for two — and I’m not pregnant!)

Who said “I love you” first?
He did. He actually didn’t say it - say it. You know what I mean? He gave me a card with the words “I love you” printed on it. See how torpe he is? (syempre binuko ang asawa)

Who is taller?
He’s about seven inches taller than me.

Who sings better?
Without a doubt, ME!

Who is smarter?
I have to admit - he is.

Whose temper is worse?
Oh definitely mine. Good thing we’re opposites else we’d be separated by now. Hahaha!

Who does the laundry?
Our helper.

Who sleeps on the right side of the bed?
Manu does. Gats sleep on the sofa bed :D

Who pays the bills?
I do.

The building janitor!

Who cooks dinner?
Our helper.

Who drives when you are together?
Him. Always.

Who is more stubborn?
I am.

Who kissed who first?
I’d say both. We kissed each other at the same time. But I’m almost 100% sure that if you ask Gats, he’d say I was the one who first did the kissing :D

Who is the first to admit when they are wrong?
I never admit that I’m wrong. Need I say more? :D

Whose parents do you see the most?
I guess we share time equally with both

Who proposed?
Him. But I was so tempted to do it myself! Bwahaha!

Who is more sensitive?
I am.

Who has more friends?
He does. Just call him Mr. Congeniality.

Who has more siblings?
I have 4. He has 2.

Who wears the pants in the family?
Although I’m Mrs. Winner-And-Still-Champion, he gets the final say.

I’m tagging Jen and Apols

Build it and they will come…from abroad

American real estate is really taking a pounding. What’s worst, it’s affecting the Philippine real estate market as well. Granted that a lot of Fil-Ams are now putting their money in properties here due to the negative market in the US, but the effects of bad business directly there affects lending rates here as well. My husband says real estate report shows that from East to West coast (including its other territories like Hawaii) housing sales have gone down since last year. Better to market vacation houses in Maui and Kauai rather than for sale units, then, since the market will probably continue to decline until after their election – it’s what happens here with us.
