It already has been more than a year after I gave birth but I have yet to lose the extra pregnancy pounds. I may have lost some numbers due to exercise but I still have not reached my desired weight goal. I wonder if I am this worried about my weight, what would the overly overweight be thinking? I guess some would think of undergoing a lap- band surgery, which a houston weight loss center is offering. It may be a bit extreme for me, but hey, for other people who have gone through every diet in the market and every exercise program there is, the lap-band surgery may be the best thing there is.
