Thanks dear. I appreciate this. Really.

To Nice of Momma Stuff because of your tips and advice, Jen and Apols whose blogs entertain me much, and Peachy whose blog is one of my sources for what’s-nice-to-have-stuff, I pass this award to you.

Easy to Secure Loans

You know how difficult it is to get a loan approved especially from banking institutions, right?  As my dad once jokingly said, “to those who really don’t need the loans (a.k.a. the rich guys), the bank keeps extending loans, while to those who desperately need them, the bank stays away from”.  Ironic huh?  Now how would you like it if some financial company offers you an Unsecured Loan?  This is the type of loan where no collateral is required, no financial statements or income tax returns needed, and no business plan demanded.  Add to this the fast approvals and easy application process.  I am sure you would grab it as the money which you could receive could be used for that home improvement you have been planning for the past year or that lasik surgery you are hoping to undergo.  You may even use it to pay your child’s tuition fee or even to pay off existing debts.  What if you need a bigger loan for the purpose of financing a small business?  No worries as you could also acquire Unsecured Loans primarily for this purpose.  America One Unsecured is a financial website that could assist you with such financing needs, may it be an unsecured personal or a small business loan.

Care Home for a Loved-One

I guess it has been a Filipino tradition that the grandparents are taken cared of by their sons and daughters, and are never sent to nursing homes. But for a few, letting a loved one stay at a care home could be the best option. Let’s just take the case of my mama. Mama was fit and well, and had actually did not manifest any signs of an impending illness until around three years ago. During this time, my aunt took the primary responsibility of physically taking care of her, while my mom provided financial support for her daily needs. Until there came a point that my mom and her sister had to decide if they should send mama to a care home because the circumstances were already calling for it. It was a long and difficult decision (as some relatives had advised against it) but ultimately, it was all for the best.
