I have always wanted to put up my own blog since 2004, the year I was preparing for my wedding. However, I found it too technical at that time, not to mention, I was really busy with both work and wedding preparations. Thus, plans of having my own blog were put to halt. The opportunity came again after my first-born’s birthday party. I still had a difficult time setting up the blog, but I was determined to make one. And so early this year, “100% Kelly” was born.
The initial purpose for setting up an online personal journal is to let my readers see glimpses of my life as a wife and mom. I did not realize that I will be meeting a lot of people and making friends along the way. Because of this, I started to love blogging. And then I learned from fellow blogging moms how I can earn while blogging through PayPerPost. I was hesitant to join in the beginning, but when I knew of the extra income they are earning from PPP, I just had to sign up. I could not let this opportunity slip away, because although I have a steady job that pays well, it wouldn’t hurt to earn some more, right? The extra cash could be handy during a rainy day.
I registered my blog at PayPerPost a couple of weeks back, and hoped that it would be accepted. Early today, I was ecstatic to see an email from PPP saying that my blog has been approved. Now I can have the best of both worlds – earning while blogging, which is one of the things that I love.
